  • Shipping to EU occurs twice a month on a Tuesday. All EU postage is despatched through Northern Ireland. No Customs fees or Phyto required.

  • Yes, any seedling can be reserved upon payment of a small deposit of 15% of the value of the plant. This is non refundable but the deposit can be used in any other item of the shop.

  • This varies but we try our best to restock on a regular basis, usually once a month. Please sign up to our newsletter and follow us on Instagram for stock updates.

  • It is up to you whether you would like to add all plants into your cart and check out in one order, or to place separate orders. We recommend you to check out the plant you want the most first, and then place separate orders for other plants, as this will give you the best chance of securing your favourite plant. Some popular plants can be sold within a few seconds after restock. If you place multiple orders, select Pick Up option on checkout to avoid paying for postage, multiple times.

  • Please note that adding items to your shopping cart does not prevent other people from purchasing them. The item will be sold to whoever completes the payment first to ensure fairness.

  • Please send an email to theseedqueens@gmail.com or on Instagram quoting your order number and the correct shipping address.

  • Please note that tropical plants can be sensitive to shipping, and it is not uncommon to have one or two yellowing leaves upon receiving your plants. However, if you are concerned about the conditions of the seedlings you receive, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can advise on the next steps.   • Some popular plants are purchased so quickly they are out of stock within a minute of stock launches.

    In order to increase your speed at checkout, please create an account and add your delivery address and phone number prior to stock launch.

    Use Express Check such as Apple Pay, and this will give you the fastest check out speed.

    Please ensure you have shipping address pre-saved with all your payment methods.

    Also note that you will be required to enter your phone number at the last stage of check out, if you don’t have an account with us.
