Shipping
Once you have placed an order, we will usually dispatch within 1-3 working days. However, during busy times this may take up to 5 working days. Shipping within the UK normally takes 1-2 business days.
Depending on destinations and courier services, we try to avoid shipping out on Thursdays and Fridays to avoid unnecessary delays over the weekend.

Shipping to EU occurs twice a month on a Tuesday. All EU postage is despatched through Northern Ireland. No Customs fees or Phyto required.
If there is a bank holiday, then no postage on that specific week
UK Postage is through Royal Mail with either 24Hr Tracked or Special Delivery by 1pm
EU Postage is through UPS with Express Saver
Returns
Despite our incredible plant care and packaging, due to the nature and size of our plants and their journey to you, it is sometimes possible to encounter some cosmetic damage. It is not uncommon for a seedling to lose a leaf or two, just know this is highly unlikely to affect the growth/success of your seedling. At this stage, they will replace damaged juvenile leaves with ease. Please, do not remove the plant from the substrate or your return guarantee will be void.

All returns are assessed on an individual basis. Please contact us should you have issues with one of our plants, seeds or seedlings within the first 48 hours after delivery. We strongly advise to record the unboxing upon delivery of your order.
