We may temporarily suspend shipping during adverse weather conditions.

  • £8.99 for Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery by 1pm

Shipping Time: 1-2 Business Days (UK Mainland); 2-3 Business Days (N. Ireland)

All deliveries come with tracking numbers. Regrettably it is not possible to choose a specific courier.

We usually ship to European countries twice a month however, this cannot be guaranteed. When there is a bank holiday, all postage to EU is moved to the week after.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Occasionally shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances that is out of our control, such as bank holidays or adverse weather.

In the event where your plant arrives damaged or dead due to shipping delays, we will be happy to issue you a full refund or a replacement order where possible. If you have noticed delays using the tracking information, please contact us or the courier directly.
